Trans Alaska Pipeline Surveying
F. Robert Bell & Associates, in joint venture with Chugach Management Services, Inc., is providing survey services for the Trans Alaska Pipeline. We are delivering a complete range of survey services using the latest in GPS survey technologies as well as traditional survey techniques. We complete survey projects all along the pipeline corridor, from Pump Station One in Prudhoe Bay to the shipping terminal in Valdez, year-round.
Chugach Park Subdivision Design Surveying
F. Robert Bell and Associates provided survey services for the development of a 37 Lot, 107 Acre subdivision located at Indian Valley of off the Seward Highway. Services included Subdivision Design Surveying, Platting and Construction Surveying.
McKay Building/Sullivan Manor Surveying
F. Robert Bell and Associates completed a topographic survey and short plat procedure to replat 23 lots into one lot and vacate Denali Street and an alley between Cordova and Eagle for renovation of 17-story high-rise apartment building and adjacent commercial building.
