F. Robert Bell and Associates (BELL) and CMH Consultants (CMH) are Alaskan-owned consulting firms with offices in Anchorage, Wasilla, and Prudhoe Bay. BELL provides complete design, engineering, surveying, and construction management services to federal, state, and local governments as well as the private sector, industries, and individuals

With a staff of more than 80 engineers, surveyors, technicians, and support personnel (including ten Alaskan registered professional land surveyors, one certified federal land surveyor, and seven registered professional engineers) BELL has provided utility engineering, transportation and environmental engineering, land-use planning and development, oil field site facilities engineering, and land and construction surveying since 1974. CMH has provided mechanical engineering to Alaska for more than 30 years.
